MATONGO business centre in Mutare is the place to be this weekend as it hosts a braai festival and birthday bash for local businessman Edmore Gopo.
The Rozvi Bottle Store, popularly known as “Creche Yemadhara”, will house the merrymakers who will turn up for the festivities.
Its proprietor Gopo will be turning 39.
Speaking to NewsDay Life &Style yesterday, Gopo said he decided to celebrate his birthday in style with a braai fest for his supportive customers.
“As part of the celebrations, revellers will enjoy cheap beer, pork and beef. For beer imbibers they will enjoy happy hours where beer prices will be slashed from 12pm to 1pm and from 6pm to 7pm respectively both on Saturday and Sunday,” he said.
“This event is also an opportunity for fathers and mothers to come and buy cheap beef and pork and stock for their families so as to manage the January disease as part of the celebrations.”
Gopo, who is popularly known as Rozvi added; “We have received a massive response from across the country as people have started enquiring about the festivities and we are assuring that will provide them with the best services.”
