SUNGURA Masters Dance Crew will share the stage with Martin Sibanda at concerts that roar to life this Saturday until June 6 in South Africa.

Leader of the dance group Masotha Nzou told NewsDay Life & Style that they are grateful for the opportunity that Martin has presented to them.

“This will be our first time performing since last year and we are happy and emotional at the same time. Our performance will be very high because it’s been a long time without going on the stage and we are well prepared,” he said.

“The last time we performed I became the best male dancer and we won two awards so I want to maintain that. For the next four years l want us (group) to scoop the awards.”

Masotha said he has chosen a few members in the dance group who are going to accompany him to South Africa for the performance.

“We will be under Martin and l casted five people from Sungura Masters who are going to perform at the shows. If all goes well we will be performing on another show on June 10 in Hillbrow Theatre,” he said.

“I urge our fans to come and support us because we are game changers, that is  why we are called from Zimbabwe, not because in South Africa there are no dancers, but because we are the best.”

Ndolwane Super Sound manager and Chief Executive Officer Lucky Moyo said working with Sungura Masters dance crew is a desire.

“We choose to work with Sungura Masters because they are the best dancers and we always do shows with them. We will also be streaming the show to accommodate those who won’t be able to attend,” he said.
