BULAWAYO actress and podcaster Lethubuhle “Leletykay”Moyo has finally launched a talk show Tok It Out with LeletyKay: The Hustlers Club on her YouTube channel  LeletyKay  and Facebook page.

The talk show, that was expected to be launchedlast month, is inspired by young female Zimbabweans who are making it despite the economic hardships faced by the many others in the creatives sector.

The actress told NewsDay Life & Style that each episode is 24 minutes long.

“TOK It Out with LeletyKay: The Hustlers Club is out, so far with three episodes. I invited guests from different hustling angles and scored a chilled short talk with them about their everyday hustle,” she said.

“The show features Mercy Mabiza, Mashy Minenhle and Ricky The Banana guy. The aim of the show is to shed some light about any hustle one can do with or without education or employment at any given time.”

She said most young people have tendencies of wanting to start at the top, but not looking at the bigger picture.

“We are saying talk it out with LeletyKay, I simply want to showcase the works and skills of other youths passing them to the viewer who is eager to make the change for themselves,” she said.

“I themed it Hustlers because no one has touched that area and for me it should be an area of concern because everyone has literally turned into being a hustler.”

She said shooting the talk show has been a great experience for her though she had ups and downs.

“Shooting the show this time as the executive producer was on a different level. There was pressure, some things merging at the last minute, guests turning you down, a lot of delays in transport, so many mistakes, but coming as lessons,” she said.

“Above all it was an experience of a lifetime because the critical part is the shooting side.  So I thank God, we managed to cross all that.”

The talk show was co-produced by award-winning actor Percy Soko with help of Collin Sambo the technical director and Solomon Mandaza (photography).
