WARRIORS central defender Teenage Hadebe was on target on Saturday, with his solitary  strike helping his Turkish side Yeni Malatyspor move away from the relegation zone.

The lanky Hadebe struck in the 64th minute as Yeni Malatyaspor dismissed Alanyaspor at the New Malatya Stadium.

He dedicated his goal to his late mother.

“Everything I do I dedicate to you mom; thank you for the crucial goal,” Hadebe said.

Hadebe went into wild dance moves after scoring his first goal since he joined Malatyaspor in 2019 from South African giants Kaizer Chiefs.

The former Bantu Rovers, Highlanders and Chicken Inn defender was cautioned in the game in which he played a full 90 minutes.

Yeni Malatyaspor had last collected maximum points in January when they beat Hatayspor 2-1 and have been reeling in the relegation zone for the better part of the 2020/2021 Super Lig season.

With 34 points and seven games remaining, the Turkish side is still not safe from the chop.
