BY MIRRIAM MANGWAYA Magistrate Ngoni Nduna has removed controversial businessman Delish Nguwaya on remand and his case on fraud charges will proceed by way of summons.
In passing the ruling, Nduna said six months of postponement was not long enough for Nguwaya to refuse further remand but the non-committal attitude of the State in the progress of the case was a cause of concern which the court could not ignore.
