MDC-T leader, Thokozani Khupe on Tuesday went on the rampage, recalling nine legislators from the rival MDC Alliance from parliament.

Khupe’s sheaths have long been sharpened against her former erstwhile colleagues and on Tuesday she drove the blade even deeper with the recall of the nine legislators in addition to the four that her party recalled earlier.
The recalled MPs are Mkoba representative, Amos Chibaya, Happymore Chidziva (Highfield), Concilia Majaya Mucharairwa, Virginia Muradzikwa, Anna Muyambo, Francesca Ncube, Nomathemba Ndlovu and Murisi Zwizwai.
Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda announced the recall of the MPs in the Lower House yesterday but the opposition party immediately said the move was illegal and a declaration of war against the people who voted their representatives into Parliament.
The move means the rest of the MDC Alliance legislators are sitting ducks and could be axed anytime or for self preservation, some may choose to jump to Khupe’s side.
