MUTARE — Gospel diva Caroline Chidzikwe, who is riding on the crest of a wave after releasing her debut six-track album titled Zvoda Mutsimba, has promised her fans more music this year.

Backed by her group, the Throne Worshippers, Chidzikwe started off with two singles, Mutsvene Mutsvene and Zvosiyana last year.

“After releasing two singles last year, we are back with a complete album. We are promising our fans that there is more this year. We are going back into the studio mid this year if God allows us. I want to thank my husband, family and church members for supporting me,” she said.

“As you are aware it is difficult to record under these economic hardships we are facing, but we thank God we have managed to record our new album, a follow up to our two singles.”

The new six-track album has the songs Zvinoda Mutsimba (featuring Bethen Pasinawako), Makaita Henyu, Huvepo, Anorarama, Mweya Mutsvene and Mbiri Yose.
