Speaking about the upcoming single Mutawu hinted that he is releasing the song as a token of appreciation to the Almighty who has strengthened him up to this day.

“I am releasing this song as a token of appreciation to God who strengthens me and I am sure this song will motivate a lot of people to stay in prayer as it is the only way to reach God” he said.

“It’s an inspirational song that no matter what kind of situation one maybe going through in life, if you go on your knees and surrender yourself to God he will answer” he added.

Mutawu’s music dates back to primary and high school when he was part of the traditional dance group at Kurai Primary school and the church choir.

“I have been a lover of music from childhood; I used to record my music with amateur producers but remained resolute that one day I will record with big producers” he said

The upcoming single is produced by renowned MacDonald Macdee Chidavaenzi of Eternity studios making it a blend of both talent and skill.

Apart from MacDee, Mutawu has worked with several other famous producers the likes of Nyasha Timbe, Mr Noxa and Quazor among others.
