The self-proclaimed Fire president thanked fans for their support and urged them to come in numbers to celebrate the birth of Hombarume.

“There will be fireworks as we launch this album. Expect the unexpected because it’s a new Ricky Fire. Watch out for songs like Hombarume, Mbuya Kwindi, Jayasikana, Babe RemuTV and Kuzviroya Wega. I am inviting everyone to come and celebrate with me the birth of this album,” he said.

Ricky Fire said the track Babe RemuTV implores women to be proud of their natural looks rather than seek artificial beauty.

“The previous song called ZvemuTV and the forthcoming Babe RemuTV are totally different in everything. Babe RemuTV talks of a girl who lives an artificial life, copying what she sees on television or in magazines. I then tell this type of a girl that I love her even when she wakes up without makeup. I love her with her natural beauty,” he said.

“Jayasikana is a man who behaves like a woman. He loves gossiping like Mercy. I can’t appreciate such behaviour.”

The launch will be supported by Sniper Storm, Guspy Warrior, Lady Squanda, Kadhija, Junior Fire, Terry afrika, Gerry B, Abisha Palma, Merciless Zim and many more.

Tickets to the launch are going for $5 (Standard) and $10 (VIP).
