Mwanjali was registered by Caps United after he returned home following a stint in the East African country.
However, despite having been training with them since then, he could not feature for the Harare football giants as he was still awaiting clearance from his former club.
The clearance came as Caps United prepare for their trip to Triangle for the Sunday Castle Lager Premiership tie.
Coach Lloyd Chitembwe could not say whether Mwanjali would play a part at the weekend.
“Mwanjali has always been our player. He has received his clearance and he will play a part for us this season,” Chitembwe said.
The Caps United gaffer also said they were expecting Ronald “Rooney” Chitiyo to feature for the club soon. “He (Chitiyo) has not completely healed but we expect him to play a part soon,” he said.
The Caps United play maker has not featured for the club since the start of the season as he has been on the treatment table. Chitiyo is still to be released for full training regime by the doctors.
The Caps United coach said their preparations for the clash against Triangle have been going on well and he had everyone available for selection.
“As for injuries, we are okay. We have everyone who is supposed to be here, so we have no problem in selecting the squad,” Chitembwe said.
The Caps United coach, however, said he was still working to improve the team’s conversion rate.
“We have been working on trying to improve the conversion rate and we hope we will get it right as the season progresses,” he said.
Caps United, who sit on fifth place with nine points are unbeaten in five matches of the campaign, having won two matches and drawn three.
Triangle are two points behind, having won two and drawn one.
