You are a mystery yet to be discovered!

Opinion & Analysis
“YOU need something bigger than you to be inspired. We are all born with a deep and meaningful purpose, which we have to discover. Your purpose in life is not something you have to make. It’s already there. You just need to discover it,” once observed Jack Canfield.

You are not what you think you are. You are not what people assume you to be.

You can’t be a product of people’s perception, presumption and twisted conception.

You are beyond that. You are a real mystery yet to be discovered. Your real self is not yet known. It’s hidden.

In fact, if the truth is to be told, you are far much better than that. This is so because greatness habours in you. You are an atomic bomb, ready to explode.

Always never forget to “commit thy ways unto the Lord, trust also in him and he shall bring it to pass,” thunders the holy scriptures.

Don’t judge yourself by your current situation. Never judge your future destination by your current temporary station. Your current situation is temporary, that must be known. It is not permanent. It won’t remain like that forever.

Darkness of days

It may be dark today, but the sun will shine one day, for the days will never be same. Tears may roll down your cheeks today, but joy will come tomorrow.

Your troubles don’t stay forever. They will one day varnish into thin air. Many times you need not to forget that, it is only those things which didn’t have a beginning that will not have an end. All those things that started somehow will one day end. This also applies to any negative situation you may be facing Truly speaking, power, greatness and victory is yours. Remember there is a scripture that says “if God is on your side who can be against you?”

Challenges will come, battles will come, but they only serve one purpose, that is to leave you a better person than you were before. They refine you. The leave you a better, polished and a refined person with a superb character. They leave you glittering like a jewel.

You are not only a jewel, but a polished diamond. Your value is worth more than your current assumed insignificant value. Remember valuable minerals are always covered underneath.

Did you ever wonder why? Why is that they are not found everywhere? They are kept deep down the heart of the earth.

The reason is simple. These “valuable minerals” are always protected by the earth’s crust. Because they hold great value in them. This, then means that, the real value of the earth is found underneath, in its minerals.

The same applies with you. Your true selfworth is not found at first value. Your true value goes beyond the general outlook and appearance. Your true value lies deep in you.

Start digging for the valuable diamond that lies in you. It may not be easy. It may be difficult, but it is still possible. “Abundance is not something we acquire. It’s something we live in,” once articulated Dr Wayne Dyer.

It is interesting to note that McGraw Hill, in his book, Dealing With Difficult People, goes further to support that by saying: “Just as some people bring out your best, and other people bring out your worst. You can bring out the best in other people at their worst. It’s a matter of understanding where they are coming from and what is likely to work with them.”

It can be done. Be blessed. Steve Nyambe is a motivational speaker and leadership coach. He can be contacted on +263 784 583 761 or his email: [email protected]
