Bantu Rovers have only won four matches this season and are widely expected to be put to the sword by DeMbare, but Mutasa is expecting one the toughest matches this season.

Dynamos are locked in the race for the title with FC Platinum, who are two points clear at the top, as well as Ngezi Platinum, who are third with the same points tally as Mutasa’s side.

DeMbare have to win the Bantu Rovers match at all costs if they are to maintain their push for the title and if they get anything less than that, FC Platinum could be crowned champions today with a win over a Ngezi Platinum.

“This is one of the toughest encounters we are to play this year. We are playing a team that has a number of youngsters who want have a lot to prove probably eyeing to play for Dynamos or Highlanders in the future,” Mutasa said.

“They don’t have anything to lose and they are not under pressure at all, making it even trickier. We just have to win our matches and live on hope. We have the faith and belief with a lot of people having written us off from the start. We will get what we will get. It is only the Almighty who knows our destiny,” Mutasa said.

Dynamos bounced back to winning ways when they beat Chapungu at Rufaro after they were humbled 2-0 by Ngezi Platinum at Baobab following two draws against Tsholotsho and ZPC Kariba.

Striker Christian Epoupa is up for selection after missing the 2-0 win over Bulawayo City at Barbourfields Stadium due to suspension.

The Cameroonian, who has scored 11 goals so far this season, has been going through a drought with his last goal coming against Highlanders at Rufaro Stadium in July.

“We travelled with Christian, but he was sitting on three yellow cards so he did not play. However, he is available for selection for this game. He is the man who leads us upfront. We need him in these crucial times,” Mutasa said.

DeMbare also have striker Quality Kangadze, Cleopas Kapupurika, Peace Makaha and captain Ocean Mushure to look up to as they seek to end their barren spell.

Dynamos will be praying for a draw at Mandava and if they win their match at Barbourfields today, it would be a fruitful weekend as they head to their last match against Chicken In at the National Sports Stadium next week.
