THE Midlands State University (MSU) has said the graduation ceremony scheduled for Friday is still on.

MSU spokesperson Mirirai Mawere said the November 24 date had not been changed and that graduands and other stakeholders should be seated by 9am.
“Contrary to reports that the graduation ceremony has been postponed, it [graduation] is still on this Friday,” she said.
“We even flighted a statement on national broadcaster ZBC on Monday evening (advising) that the graduation date is November 24.”
In a notice yesterday, MSU registrar Erasmus Mupfiga also said the graduation date had not been changed and that any change of dates would be communicated through the university’s official communication channels.
