In less than a week, the track went to number 22 on the iTunes Top 200 Tracks in Australia’s World Chart.

Sandy said she was overwhelmed by the track’s reception.

“Lizwile is now available on iTunes and people should buy it.

“The track is going silver so far both at home and (on the) international (scene) and I hope it becomes a club banger in most night clubs and sports bars,” she said.

The dancer and singer said she was keen to bring the song home.

Sandy said she will perform the song in Harare at the weekend and the video will be out in a fortnight.

“The video will be out in two weeks’ time and at the moment, I am marketing the audio, which I feel will soon be recognised on Trace Africa, Trace Urban and Channel O,” she said.

The development follows Sandy’s signing of a publishing deal with a United States music publishing company, OMG Studios.

Earlier this year, Sandy released the hit, Ingoma, featuring Bulawayo’s Afro-pop sensation, Mzoe7 and another, Tshibilika, which features Afro-house producer and musician, Leeknotic.
