MDC-T youth leader, Happymore Chidziva, has accused his Zanu PF opposite, Kudzanayi Chipanga of frogmarching his followers to back the President Robert Mugabe, who has been blamed for running down the country over the past 37 years.

Addressing an MDC-T rally in Gweru at the weekend, Chidziva said he was worried that Chipanga, who appeared to be wise, was consigning the future of Zimbabwean youth to a political leader, who has passed retirement age.
“It is shocking that young people like Chipanga do not even have ambition to think beyond old age. How a child in his thirties would organise ‘meet the youth rallies’ so that they pledge their future to a person, who is obviously tired, has lost vision and destroyed our country defies logic,” he said.
Mugabe has been endorsed as Zanu PF’s 2018 candidate.
“The Zanu PF youth leader, I am not sure if he deserves to be addressed as such, in his hallucination and bootlicking for supper, believes we are a nation of zombies, people who can be led by those in the graveyard. We have no problem if Zanu PF wishes to be led by a Mugabe dead body, but we won’t allow Zimbabwe to be led by the dead. While Chipanga thinks the solution and panacea of our problems is in praising and worshipping Mugabe, while insulting religion, we believe that the MDC is the future it’s the solution and cares about our youth,” he said.
Addressing a recent Zanu PF youth rally in Marondera, Chipanga described Mugabe as an angel.
