Charamba doubles as permanent secretary for the Media, Information and Broadcasting Services ministry.

At the time of going to print, several government officials, among them Vice-Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko, media and opposition officials, were gathered at the Charamba homestead, where Olivia’s body lay in state ahead of her burial in Raffingora today.

Mourners are gathered at Number 2 Helsdon Road, Alexandra Park, in the capital.
