The first time i saw her (Winnie),we were sitting at the gate for our bus to Botswana. I remember glancing over at her and thinking,Oh,wow , she’ cute. But could not even walk up to her and say hie. When i got to my seat, i saw that the seat beside me was empty and thought to me self how awesome would it be if she ended up next to me.
Sure enough a family of 3 in his row wanted to sit together on the 3 seater side so they asked her if she could take e empty seat beside me. U wont believe how happy i was. We spent the entire trip discussing everything and then eventually we got to Botswana.
I asked for her number and she actually said i should give her mine instead. We went our separate ways. I was certain i would never hear from her again. I thought about the lovely girls from the bus often, but eventually the thoughts faded into thin air. After about 2 months later out of the blue, she sent me a message ” Happy birth day” and we just hit it off like nothing ever changed.
We have been married and now have our first baby girl named Kaylee.
