Jindu (26) is alleged to have shot and killed his childhood friend, Cyprian Kudzurunga (28) and neighbour, Mbonelu Joko Ncube, on January 29 this year, decapitated the corpses and buried them at four different sites in Burnside.

Following his arrest, Jindu allegedly claimed that he had been hired and offered $20 000 by an unidentified malayitsha to kill the victims and collect the body parts for ritual purposes.

He allegedly said he was arrested before collecting the money.

An Optima shotgun, serial number 13 752, used in the commission of the murder was reportedly recovered from him. Meanwhile, police have since exhumed the victims’ mutilated remains.
