The comedian, who is currently on a tour of the Far East, took to Facebook to announce the development, saying he has been uploading daily content for YouTube viewers.

“The YouTube channel is part of a much wider strategy to deliver short content to my fans, so they can enjoy content and see great possibilities any time of day from wherever they are,” he said.

Ncube said he had come up with strategies to ensure that he was not ripped off by pirates through the sale of advertising space and that has helped him earn additional revenue from potential partners.

“It is important to export yourself, performing outside Zimbabwe as much as possible, so that your content is seen by as many people as possible, which increases one’s market base in the event that content leaks and this increases your outside bookings,” he said.

The trailblazing comedian has represented Zimbabwe at several international and regional platforms, where he rubbed shoulders with internationally-acclaimed comedians.
