Mare told NewsDay yesterday that she was ecstatic because their hard work was paying off.

“Well, I am finally relieved that my video is finally over. It has been a long hurdle because we shot the video four months ago,” she said.

“There were a lot of things in between that delayed (the process) so for it to be released is such a relief for me and I am very proud of the work we have done.” The song Ngoro is off Mare’s album, Shinga, and she described it as “a fun song”.

“It is just a fun song that I created with my band when we were just jamming and came up with this concept,” she said.

Mare expressed gratitude to the people who worked tirelessly to ensure that the video was polished to perfection.

Cole confirmed that the end product was perfect and was ready to be distributed to the market, saying that fans would enjoy the video.

“After a long wait due to many elements, including my hospitalisation, the fans will be thrilled to know that it is ready and they should expect a lot of drama, laughter and some musical genius,” he said.
