Fish Eagle, Lake Chivero

The inaugural Braai November Festival is on tomorrow at Fish Eagle located on the shores of Lake Chivero. An array of wheel spinners and musicians will take turns to entertain revellers at the potentially explosive concert. Among the artistes are T Gonzi, Trae Young, Jerry B, while wheel spinners are TK Beatz, Fujee, Eve, Ash Styles and Nivek.

LongCheng Plaza

About 20 artistes from different genres from Harare and Bulawayo will tomorrow battle it out for honours in the semi-finals of the annual DreamStar Zimbabwe Talent Show organised by the Chinese Federation of Zimbabwe (CFZ) set for LongCheng Plaza in Harare. The lucky 10 will qualify for the grand finale set for December 17 at the Harare International Conference Centre.

Jazz 24/7

Afro-fusion songstress Queen Mashie (real name Sandra Mashiringo), sister of the late legendary guitarist Andy Brown, will share the stage with Ammara and Chengeto Brown, Alex Kimenyi Brown and Sista Flame at a potentially explosive family affair show set for Jazz 24/7 located at corner Sam Nujoma Street and Robson Manyika Avenue in Harare to welcome Queen Mashie from her European tour.

Theatre in the Park

Veteran actor Lawrence Simbarashe, popularly known as Mudhara Bonzo, in drama circles makes a return to his profession with the launch of a DVD titled The Return of Timmy NaBhonzo tonight at Theatre in the Park.

The Volt Night Club

Webster Tinashe Manjoro (popularly known as Mzimba The Chairman on the showbiz scene) tomorrow launches his new album and also celebrates his birthday at The Volt Night Club in Harare. Trevor Dongo, Taurai Mandebvu, Noble Styles, Schingy, Arnold Gara and Sani Makhalima are set to grace the event.

National Arts Gallery of Zimbabwe

Hip-hop group, the Monkey Nuts, tonight headline the official opening of The First Friday Event at the National Arts Gallery of Zimbabwe in Harare. The programme that targets the youths is set to provide them with a platform to interact, while listening to their favourite music and showcasing their art.

Residents of Chitungwiza and surrounding areas will be in for a treat on Sunday as sungura maestro Alick Macheso and his Orchestra Mberikwazvo, Nicholas “Madzibaba” Zakaria, dancehall chanters Guspy Warrior and Dadza D, Chiremba Hwesa Masango and veteran gospel singer Mechanic Manyeruke perform at Chitungwiza Football Club fundraising concert set for Chibuku Stadium in Chitungwiza.

Sungura musician Romeo Gasa and Extra Valembe tonight entertain revellers at Windmill Motel in Nyabira. The Simbi Hombe hitmaker is currently taking his new album, Bho Zvekuti, to his fans.

Jazz 24/7

Jah Prayzah’s former dancer and backing vocalist, Pamela “Gonyeti” Zulu, tonight shares the stage with sungura musician Walter Sodza Sonayi at Jazz 24/7 in Harare. Gonyeti steps onto the big stage after launching her debut album One Day.

Club Las Vegas

Jazz musician Jean Masters tonight performs at Club Las Vegas in Southerton alongside wheel spinners DJ Chainz and DJ Ribbz, who will be rocking it on the turntables.

Rudhaka Stadium, Marondera

Curtains will come down tomorrow at the annual Mashonaland East Cultural and Arts Festival with a potentially explosive show by dancehall president Winky D supported by his Vigilance Band at Rudhaka Stadium in Marondera. The Disappear hitmaker will share the stage with sungura ace Peter Moyo, Progress Chipfumo, Lady B, Faheem Somanje and Malome Tau at this shutdown gig.

Ritz Night Club, Masvingo

The dancehall duo of Killer T and Hwindi President tomorrow will take turns to entertain revellers at Ritz Night Club in Masvingo at the concert dubbed The Summer Party.

The Odyssey Bar and Restaurant

Several musicians will tomorrow converge at The Odyssey Bar and Restaurant in Kadoma as they take turns to entertain patrons at businessman and music promoter Cossy Rules’s birthday bash. The star-studdied line up of performers will include Sulumani and Allan Chimbetu, Leonard Zhakata, Progress Chipfumo, Peter Moyo, Somandla Ndebele, First Farai, Kapfupi, Tendai Dembo, Carlos Green, Buddo Knoxx, Mostaf and Freeman.

National University of Science and Technology

National University of Science and Technology student representative council in partnership with Weras Entertainment tonight host the annual university’s graduation bash at the university’s campus featuring several musicians across genres among them dendera ace Suluman Chimbetu and hip-hop sensation Stunner, who will share the stage with Harare-based top wheel spinners Garry B, Templeman, Bulawayo’s female DJ Liz, Fire and United Kingdom based King Alfred.

Stanley Hall, Makokoba

Sensational rhumba songbird Lady “Eriza” Storm, who is currently making waves on the local showbiz scene after featuring on Jah Prayzah’s video titled Eriza, tonight performs at Stanley Hall, Makokoba supported by her Swag band. She will share the stage with Khaya Arts, Chanter Brenda and an array of dancehall singers.
