The two have been exempted to concentrate on their academic examinations.

Coach Moses Chunga has hinted at throwing in more youths in the team, as he focuses on building for next season. Chunga will seek to strike a balance between blending in the youthful players and having enough experience on the field, where he will be seeking a positive result.

The Sunshine City Boys’ coach said the club had invested a lot of resources into their development programmes and were now looking to reap rewards.

He said although he was already preparing a team for next season, he was looking forward to a positive result against the Green Machine.

“We expect a very interesting match against Caps United. We are not looking at how they are playing, but we are looking at ourselves, how we are going to field a team that can give us good results. We also need to balance things, as we are looking into the future. We have invested so much into our development programmes and the time is ripe for harvesting,” he said.

Chunga’s men threw a spanner in the works for FC Platinum, whom they beat 2-1 in their last league match, and they will be looking to do the same against a desperate Caps United side.

Harare City sit in seventh position on the log standings, with three matches left in the campaign, with 38 points and have nothing much to fight for except a top-four finish.

After the Saturday clash against Caps United, they still have to play Mutare City (away) before hosting Triangle in the final match of the season.

The focus is on Caps United, who lead the race with 54 points, one ahead of second-placed Highlanders and two more than FC Platinum.

Caps United have been in good form of late and, while their 3-all draw against Dynamos was a good result, another draw is not what they need at this stage of the campaign.

The Green Machine welcome back Leonard Tsipa and Phineas Bhamusi from suspension. The duo missed the Harare derby against bitter rivals Dynamos two weeks ago after picking three yellow cards each.
