Mliswa, who is the stable director, said the Zollywood movies and Ezeecast show would be launched on October 29 at 9pm on Vox Africa, Sky 218 in the United Kingdom.

Vox Africa also airs on DStv 191 and GoTV 16 in Africa in countries like Nigeria, Ghana Uganda, Kenya, Congo, Uganda and Equatorial Guinea.

“The partnership deal will ensure, for the coming two years, on the last Saturday of each month at 9pm, the channel will screen Zimbabwean movies and music videos across a viewership of over 100 million in three continents (the United States, Africa and Europe,” Mliswa said.

“The Vox Africa partnership deal will help us reach out to a wider audience in Europe, Africa and America that we would have never reached, while at the same time putting Zimbabwean art in the limelight.”

He urged Zimbabwean filmmakers to produce authentic films celebrating Zimbabwean culture, but with an international sparkle for cross-over purposes.

“Zollywood Limited in association with Stageworks has collaborated with the Zimbabwean music industry to also showcase Zimbabwean music videos,” he said.

“Ezeecast is a new Zimbabwean Entertainment show that will air first before the movie shows hosted by award-winning United Kingdom-based Zimbabwean producer, Tawanda Sibotshiwe, also known as Jusa. The show will be packed with music video reviews, news and clues on what currently hot from Zimbabwe’s finest.”
