Tashaya remanded him out of custody to today for continuation of trial.

The court was told that on May 30 this year, Takaidza was driving a Toyota Sprinter along Induna Road near Fairbridge in Bulawayo.

When he got to the intersection of Induna and Harare roads,Takaidza allegedly failed to give way, resulting in a collision with a Toyota Hilux driven by Jailos Dube.
