While a coalition for elections is the way to push Zanu PF out of power, the manner in which it is handled by Code members is belittling and chaotic

In a village it’s unfortunate to have a pseudo-witch doctor who is good at his witch craft and has abilities to cause illnesses and no capabilities to cure, but pretends to know how they must be cured and the patient is seriously ill.

That’s who Tendai Biti, Elton Mangoma and Welshman Ncube are. They caused the Movement for Democratic Change to split thrice and are now parading themselves as saviours to the political chaos under the Code coalition.

While a coalition for elections is the way to push Zanu PF out of power, the manner in which it is handled by Code members is belittling and chaotic, which if well-considered and analysed is anti-coalition in nature and is an agenda to scuttle a genuine coalition.

In all fairness, how can the MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai and Zimbabwe People First president Joice Mujuru be made to join a coalition of parties without a huge following like the Code coalition.

Why is it that the Code leaders don’t want to be involved in processes that show team work like demonstrations, but are only good at calling Press conferences? What comes out of their elite decisions that are intellectually-structured to attract the attention of donors whom they have confused with their propaganda.

I am afraid we will never have a coalition if the Code guys get away with their trickery and treachery.

These parties are so determined not to follow the dictates of politics, which prides itself in popularity and a following.

They want Tsvangirai to ignore the Big Brother mentality when negotiating for bigger positions like the presidency.

Biti, with his failure to call for a rally or a meaningful demostration is filled with hate for Tsvangirai’s desire to be a leader of a coalition and will try hard to block him.

Why do they want Tsvangirai not to take advantage of his majority following and be a leader of coalition?
