ZLA honours leaders who have contributed to and shaped the Zimbabwean economy, and salutes business leaders and organisations, who have showed commitment to excellence and developing best practices and innovative strategies.

Benza’s colleges and schools also scooped two awards, the Zimbabwe Top Leadership Excellence Academic Institution of the Year and the Zimbabwe Top College of the Year.
