In a recent interview with NewsDay ahead of a performance pencilled in for March 26 at the Bulawayo Amphi-theatre, Marabini said his fans should come in their numbers to witness the new polished act from his Kozekulunge Band.

They will perform their latest offering titled Thula Sana (Be quiet, my child).

“As a musician, when you work, you do it for your audience and over the years I have been working hard to develop up to this level and maturity as an artiste. My audience taught me what they wanted from me and, as a band, we are going to give our fans a grand composition with heart-warming lyrics,” he said.

Marabini vowed not to disappoint, saying Bulawayo will witness the collision of deluxe Afro-fusion sounds and entrancing choreography that has never been seen in the past.

“As a group we have also improved aspects such as choreography on stage and in this very performance we have slated for the end of the month and some spellbinding activity will be witnessed,” he said.

Late last year Marabini and his band put up on a captivating performance at the same venue during the festive season and the artiste broke into tears as he performed on stage with his act touching many as he performed the track Ukufa which he said in reminded him of his parents who died four years ago.

The artiste has won several awards in and outside the country and he has performed in various festivals both local and international.
