Tournament captain Charles Ndlovu said they were expecting a strong field of golfers and exciting times ahead after what he described as a bright start this month when 33 golfers took part.
The tournament is played every month throughout the year with the winner awarded a green jacket.
“We are expecting a strong field next month. We hope this year we will have more outings to Hwange and Victoria Falls,” Ndlovu said.
The proceeds raised from the tournament go to charity.
Ndlovu is predicting an open contest this year and has wished all the golfers the very best this season.
Last year former Zimbabwe Saints Football Club coach Ebson “Sugar” Muguyo won the tournament with the previous year being won by Joseph Mashaka and Wishes Nyoni winning it in 2013.
