FORMER Minister of State in ex-Vice-President Joice Mujuru’s Office, Sylvester Nguni, has been expelled from Parliament after Zanu PF formally wrote to Speaker of the National Assembly Jacob Mudenda, disowning him. BY VENERANDA LANGA
Nguni, who was Mhondoro Mubaira MP, was kicked out of the ruling party last week over allegations of being closely linked to Mujuru and clandestinely plotting to oust President Robert Mugabe.
Mudenda announced the decision in the National Assembly today, and declared the Mhondoro-Mubaira seat as vacant.
