The partnership was sealed during Kansiime’s recent visit to Zimbabwe.
Mujungu said Ndlovu – who is the founder and chief executive officer of STOP to Start International – was already an international speaker and a guru in transformation, as he has developed his own tool and has used it successfully with multinationals.
Ndlovu said the signing meant a lot to him, as he was the first Zimbabwean to partner with Mujungu.
“What this signing means to me is that there will be more travelling, meaning that I will reach out to more people. I will be able to spread my message to Zimbabweans and indeed other Africans in the Diaspora, to not be afraid to explore opportunities to invest back home,” he said.
“I will also be able to market Zimbabwe to foreigners, given that I am someone who lived in the diaspora for 17 years while, investing in Zimbabwe and finally I came back.”
Ndlovu said the STOP to Start Franchises in South Africa, Lesotho, Zambia and Kenya will benefit from global clients for organisations with head offices abroad and branches in their territories Ndlovu’s international assignments include speaking and consulting extensively to chief executive officers and other industry leaders on strategic transformation and performance leadership in the United States, France, India, Sri Lanka, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
Ndlovu also had consultancy work and speaking engagements in countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Uganda, Tanzania, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Kenya.
