A number of rap acts and dancers are set to light up the show, which will be hosted by Tafadzwa Jackson, popularly known as Zimboy.

Artistes set to grace the stage are Guluva Seven, Hurricanes Dance Crew, Tear Dreamboiz and man of the moment, Cal-Vin, who has been consistent this year and collaborated with arguably Africa’s best rapper, Cassper Nyovest.

“Changamire has gone for 10 editions and this is our first in Bulawayo. We expect a good show come Saturday,” Zimboy said.

“I thank everyone who has made Changamire a success, especially Adrian Harrison, the director of Zim Hip-Hop Awards.”

Cal-Vin echoed Zimboy’s sentiments, saying: “We expect a great show in our city, after we set Gweru on fire last month. This should be a show to remember since it’s our home and pride. We call all our fans to come in their numbers.”

The artiste, who launched his album, Year of the Vin, last month has been dominating local radio and is tipped to walk away a winner at this year’s Zim Hip-Hop Awards.

The show will also be used to celebrate the fifth edition of the awards that will be held in the capital in December, with nominees set to be released anytime this month.
