Triangle suffered a three nil home defeat to relegation-threatened Flame Lily in a dull Premier Soccer League match at Gibbo Stadium yesterday.

The visitors took the lead as early as the sixth minute when Moses Demera took advantage of a Jimmy Tigere defensive blunder at the left flank.
An under pressure Triangle, which was missing seven regulars through club suspensions for indiscipline, were again to concede in similar fashion in the 16th minute with Vimbai Mukudo inflicting the damage this time.
Triangle suspended Courage Denias, Chasten Ngondonga, Praise Tonha, Charles Rukwanhi, Peter Muzondo, Nhamo Lameck and Dumisani Ndlovu for drinking after their defeat to Harare City in the Chibuku Super Cup quarterfinal.
Brian Juwayeyi and Nelson Meson are also missing due to injury.
Flame Lily could have added a third in the 42nd minute when a Kenny Murova shot from a free kick was saved by Mudimi.

Flame Lily returned from half time the better side, and James Chivasa killed the game as a contest in the 77th minute, when he buried a Peter Ngwenya pass.
The visitors’ gaffer, Takesure Chiragwi was pleased to ease his relegation worries.
“It was a good game and we are happy with the result. We are fighting relegation and we still have a chance to survive hence we will fight to the end,” Chiragwi said.
A dejected Kelvin Kaindu was at a loss for words in the post-match interview.
“It’s difficult to comment about this game, we gave away easy goals, all three goals. We are not scoring at home and all the points we are picking, we are getting them away from home. It’s been a difficult second round,” he said.
