MFW casting director, Amanda Mutangadura told NewsDay that all is set for the fashion extravaganza.

“We are putting final touches for the big day. This time we have a lot of players who showed interest and have partnered with us,” she said.

She listed some of the partners as Fazak Home and Hyper, Boom City Advertising, HQ, High Mount Lodge, Brooks Coffee, Co-Zim Functions, Ingwe Studios, Casino Bar, Mashies Coffee Shop and Suzuki.

Mutangadura said local designers such as Litso, Ministry Clothing, The Diva Brand, Sinini Collections and upcoming designers from Bulawayo Polytechnic College would showcase their products.

South Africa’s high fashion and trendy clothing brand, Spunk Clothing owner and head designer Millicent Mulalo Nkangane will be the guest designer at the show.

Spunk prides itself in being the future of fashion in Africa by establishing stores and studios all over the continent.
