“Empretec Zimbabwe, an organisation that is into entrepreneurship and enterprise development, ran an entrepreneurship programme for the youth in 2013-2014 that benefited 2 076 youths.

“The organisation would like to scale up the programme to include more youths who did not benefit in the first phase.

“To this end, Empretec will be launching the second phase of the Youth Entrepreneurship programme in Bulawayo,” Moyo said.

Moyo said they are targeting youths aged between 20 and 35 years who show potential  and have interest in starting and growing their own businesses.

Empretec Zimbabwe is an entity of an international programme established by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to promote the creation of sustainable, innovative, and internationally competitive small and medium-sized enterprises.
