There is a wide range of artistes billed to perform from 4pm till late including Killer T, Tehn Diamond and Tariro neGitare. Speaking to NewsDay, campaign organiser Rufaro Makondora pleaded with Zimbabweans to heed the call and help in making the worthy cause a success.

“I would want to call out to the whole of Zimbabwe to answer the call as we head for the final hurdle in this campaign,” Makondora said.

So far, CBZ has chipped in with $15 000 and the campaign’s project has also released some money towards the worthy cause.

Makondora said she is optimistic the campaign will yield the intended results and invited all music lovers to come along as there is a variety of artistes representing most genres.

Paradza is set to leave for surgery on July 8 after undergoing a series of chemotherapy sessions locally to no avail.
