With only two games remaining before going into the second stanza of the campaign, Triangle are occupying second position with 24 points five adrift of log leaders, Bulawayo outfit Chicken Inn, both having played 13 matches.

In an interview with NewsDay Sport yesterday, Kaindu said he was satisfied with the current squad and believes they were in a good chasing position on the log leaders.

“We are not going to add new players going into the second half of the season because we have a good squad. l’m happy with their performance at the moment. If we add we are going to scout for one or two youngsters, but this is not really an issue,” Kaindu said.

He added: “Just as l said earlier before, we don’t want a scenario whereby we are going to fight relegation this season. And at the moment l am happy with our position. I think with the current team we can chase the log leaders until the end of the season, but we don’t want to put ourselves under unnecessary pressure.” Premier Soccer League side Triangle head coach Kelvin Kaindu says he will not be opening the chequebook ahead of the second half of the season.
