The show will coincide with the reopening of the refurbished Alliance Française restaurant, an occasion that will be celebrated by lovers of French cuisine.

Lupi, who came to Zimbabwe in 2009 from France as a teacher, has made inroads with his folk, pop and jazz mixed music to produce purified music with a French and Zimbabwean feel.

“I love Zimbabwe and since I came here I have played and collaborated with many local artistes among them Soul Bone, Bongo Love and Steve Chikoti and I have received help from Eve Kawaza on some of my songs.

Lupi, who plays the guitar, has attracted a clan of fans from different races and tribes who come to watch most of his shows.

“My music is for the open minded, cultured people and it requires one to listen beyond the lyrics,” Lupi said joyfully.
