Activists from across the country on Saturday commemorated a belated United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture.
The opposition MDC-T also used the day to honour 307 members of its members, who have died of torture or political abuse since 1999.
Shepherd Maisiri, whose child died in a suspected case of political violence in Headlands, told the gathering that reported negotiations between MDC-T and expelled Zanu PF bigwigs, Didymus Mutasa and former vice-President Joice Mujuru was tantamount to betraying activists who were killed, maimed and tortured with the alleged with the complicity of the duo.
