Dzivike alleged Sulu was bent on seeing him suffer and at one time, hired some people to harass him after he had parted ways with the musician.

He recently demanded $100 000 housing, car and medical aid allowances which he said he was owed by Sulu, but to no avail.

“Sulumani is very cruel and heartless. At one time, he hired State security agents to come and threaten me,” Dzivike alleged.

“He even went to the extent of ordering his brother Tryson to refrain from employing me so that I would remain jobless.”

Suluman’s publicity manager Joe “Local” Nyamungoma, however, denied the allegations that the musician was harassing Dzivike.

“We can never enjoy seeing people suffer, but the truth is that if someone misbehaves at work, there are proper disciplinary channels that are followed to deal with them,” Nyamungoma said.

Tryson’s manager Shepherd Machakanja said Phidza had approached them for a job, but they were sceptical about him as he could be on a spying mission for Sulumani.

“We suspect Phidza is pretending that he and Sulumani are not in good books so that they spy on our new products,” Machakanja said.

Dzivike said he was being harassed for allegedly influencing the band to refuse to go on stage during a gig at Takarangana Night Club in Hatcliffe as they wanted some grievances to be addressed.

He said the band members were not happy after Sulumani had employed another lead guitarist, when Knowledge Nkoma was still the incumbent lead guitarist, which confused the band members.
