The Zimbabwe camp will seek information on what might have occurred outside the stadium where a loud banging noise raised concern inside the stadium.

ZC media manager Lovermore Banda said that they had arranged a meeting where they hope to be enlightened on the disturbance.

“There was a blast last night during out match and we do not know what it is,” said Banda. “We have asked for a meeting with our hosts so that they can tell us what it is.”

The security officials at the stadium last night said that it was an electricity transformer that had exploded.

The meeting is expected to take place within the next two hours.
