Well, that was Harare City, still blowing hot and cold after 11 matches, having even lost against Buffaloes on Saturday.

This time Tsholotsho get their big test against defending champions Dynamos at Rufaro Stadium this afternoon on the backdrop of five losses, three draws and two wins that have seen them perch at position 13 with nine points.

In fact, the bottom is really worrisome considering the fact that all newly-promoted teams occupy the last four places on the log, raising serious questions about the strength of the Division One leagues.

But it is at Rufaro today where things will be happening as Dynamos seek to get their third win on the trot after defeating FC Platinum and How Mine by 1-0 scorelines in the last two outings.

With 20 points from 10 matches and having seen leaders Chicken Inn fried at the Colliery on Saturday, Dynamos have the chance to climb to 23 points, at par with the Bulawayo side.

But they can also assume top spot if they hit Tsholotsho for six after Triangle failed to mine gold yesterday as they fell 1-2 to How Mine at Gibbo.

They have been running short in front of goal, scoring just nine times so far this season while conceding five, three of which came against Chicken Inn, but that does not mean they cannot grind a result. Three points is all that is needed.

For Dynamos, Walter Mukanga is an underrated player, so is Godknows Murwira, even during his time at Shabanie Mine and coach David Mandigora is also not too sure where to play the duo. Mukanga had been dropped for last week’s match against How Mine, but guess who then scored in the 1-0 win?

Ocient Ncube missed a penalty, but later scored in the same match as Tsholotsho drew 1-1 against Dongo last week and remains a key man in Lizwe Sweswe’s plans if they are to give Dynamos a scare.
