You’re not inferior

THE world is a global village in which everyone is uniquely gifted and talented to participate and influence. Its resources are there for exploitation by those who dare.

THE world is a global village in which everyone is uniquely gifted and talented to participate and influence. Its resources are there for exploitation by those who dare.

Sometimes because of ethnic and cultural background the global stage may be intimidating. Others feel restricted because of race and gender. Geographical and national boundaries should not limit anyone of a say in international matters.

It’s God’s will that no one should feel segregated on any of these grounds. Your calling should permeate into the international domain freely. No one should feel disadvantaged. Be psychologically prepared to chart the course of your life without barriers.

Align your mindset with the heritage promised by your Creator. You’re not inferior.

The Bible makes it clear that we’re all of one blood. Acts 17:26 reads, “And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation.”

There’s no blood that’s superior to other nationalities. White, black or coloured are all of one blood coming down from Adam. Life is in the blood and therefore everyone can lead any life one chooses and pursue dreams of one’s choice.

The world is full of choices and one has to determine what suits one’s aspirations. For Christians, the same blood of Jesus has purchased and cleansed us all. Take the world, you have what it takes.

The Scripture quoted above also promises everyone a dwelling place upon the face of the earth. It’s not a right limited to any clique or group of people to have a place to live on. No one should be relegated to perpetual lodging or renting.

Everyone belongs to the class of owners of property if they opt for it. The Bible makes it clear that the earth belongs to God and therefore access to it is granted to all His children. Psalm 24:1 declares, “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” The world is open to us all.

Opportunities are always there if we choose to grab them. Anyone who so wishes has the liberty to buy property of her/his choice. Put your resources together and buy land or house; you’re not condemned to homelessness.

There’s time allocated to everyone to live on the earth. It’s advisable therefore to use your time wisely because you don’t live on this earth forever.

Proper planning is needed so that you accomplish that which you’re destined to fulfill during your days on earth. All your success is available within the confines of your lifespan. Seek and pursue that which you’re called to do.Plan your activities well and have a balanced timetable.

There should be time to work, sleep, learn, rest, relax, pray and indeed for every good. Think through Peter F. Drucker’s take on time. It reads, “One cannot buy, rent or hire more time.

The supply of time is totally inelastic. No matter how high the demand, the supply will not go up. There is no price for it.

Time is totally perishable and cannot be stored. Yesterday’s time is gone forever, and will never come back.

Time is always in short supply. There is no substitute for time. Everything requires time. All work takes place in, and uses up time. Yet most people take for granted this unique, irreplaceable and necessary resource.” Our proof text also makes it clear that there are boundaries. Boundaries exist in both the spiritual and physical realms. We live in certain boundaries and conduct our business within those boundaries.

Your calling thrives in particular geographical setting from which you beam to the rest of the world. Trespassers are always prosecuted and punished. In terms of calling, never encroach your neighbour’s field.

If you do that you struggle as a copycat and someone else will benefit from what you were supposed to benefit from.

If you choose an area you are not called to, you will be crushed by its principalities because you’re not equipped for them.

It takes your mind to decide that you have what it takes. Shake off low self esteem and go for the challenge.

You need the inner conviction that you can make it. Develop self drive to take the bull by its horns.

There is a promised heritage which needs your consent and assent.

Adjust your beliefs accordingly and where a mental shift is needed, embrace it. You don’t come from an inferior origin but from God in whose image you were created.

Purpose it in your heart to realise the full potential of your destiny. Claim your stake, you deserve and qualify. You are going somewhere.
