Rizpah means hope in Greek.

The conference, according to the organisers, will be centred on empowering women with marital, entrepreneurial and legal information, among other things.

“Enough time has been accorded for personal ministration for those who need personalised prayers and counselling and we are looking forward to hosting a women business seminar dubbed How to Start Running and Maintaining a Business during the conference,” one of the organisers said.

“Also to empower and equip our women we have an expert coming to teach them on legal issues, including on women and law. A specialist doctor will be in the house to teach women on wellness, wholeness and health.”

The organisers said such conferences had given birth to a number of women who have become captains of industry, business owners and decision-makers within the country and beyond its borders.

The conference will be spiced up by musical acts such as Takesure Zama, Vabati vaJehovah, Richard Dube and the Zoe Praise and Worship team.

Preparations for the free-of-charge conference set for next Monday are nearly complete and expectations are high that many will attend, especially that its being held at a central venue — Harare Gardens.
