Sixteen teams have completed their registration with the regional football governing body and are all scheduled to be in action this Sunday.

Shabanie Mine will hope to kick-start their campaign with a positive result as they aim for a quick return to the top-flight league when they host Mvuma Stars at Maglas Stadium.

Last season runners-up MSU FC will be aiming for another fine run this term and will be fancying their chances with a home debut against Sable Chemicals.

ZRP Beitbridge will host Vumbachikwe at Dulibadzimu Stadium, with their town rivals Border Strikers in action away to Blanket Mine at Blanket Mine Stadium.

Gweru United, now under the guidance of Peter Manoti, have shown a lot of promise in preseason and will hope to start on a brighter note away to ZPC Munyati at Mbizo Stadium.
