ZOU is hosting the 2015 Edition of the Zimbabwe Zimbabwe Universities Sports Association Games at Belvedere Technical Teachers’ College in Harare today and tomorrow.

THE Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) is hosting the 2015 Edition of the Zimbabwe Zimbabwe Universities Sports Association (Zusa) Games at Belvedere Technical Teachers’ College in Harare today and tomorrow.

Nine universities have confirmed their participation in the Games this year. Zimbabwe Open University (hosts), HIT, Bindura University of Science Education, Lupane University, University of Zimbabwe, Africa University, Great Zimbabwe University, Chinhoyi University of Technology and National University of Science and Technology. All participants arrive at Belvedere Technical Teachers’ College on Thursday April 22, 2015.

Zusa president Jabulani Denhere (Great Zimbabwe University), has confirmed that the Sporting disciplines on offer are athletics, chess, basketball, volleyball, netball, soccer, pool and darts. ZOU vice-chancellor professor Primrose Kurasha is the Patron of the Zusa Games 2015. The Theme for this year is “Promoting Harmony at the Workplace Through Sport”.
