The clothing retail store said that the credit accounts would be issued starting today.

“After initially providing a credit facility at 13 selected branches, which were run as test stores, Jet Stores has once again responded positively to our customer requests and we are now rolling out credit accounts with flexible payment terms to all Jet branches across Zimbabwe. This has proved to be a development welcomed by our customers who find the credit facility gives them greater flexibility,” the company said.

Jet Stores said the customers could take advantage of the lay-bye facility in stores as well as the Thank U Reward Card where customers accumulate points on each purchase, which allows them to enjoy discounts on future purchases upon accumulating certain number of points.

Jet Stores core business is the retailing of clothing, footwear, textiles, cosmetics, body-care and accessories. The brand has 25 branches countrywide.

Edgars rebranded its Express Stores to Jet in 2011. Jet is one of South Africa’s leading clothing line and is one of the largest clothing retailers in Southern Africa, with more than 321 outlets across South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland.
