Set for Thursday March 26 the comedy line up also includes Comrade Fatso plus appearances by hip hop producer Take Fizzo, artist Pearl Natasha, and actors Chipo Chikara and Kevin Hansen.

The event will open with standup comedy by Michael K and Q the Boss and then move into the game show format.

Veterans at the Reps Theatre Chipo Chikara and Kevin Hansen will add a theatrical feel to the game show while the element of surprise will be provided by Pearl Natsha and Take Fizzo.

Participants split in to two competing teams and three rounds, the game show will test the participants’ knowledge of society, spelling and music. The show encourages participants to come up with the most outlandish and crazy answers.

The Bang Bang Comedy Game Show scoring system has one objective which is to draw laughs from the audience.

The host Comrade Fatso will comically push contestants to delve into current affairs, popular culture and history while encouraging improvised humour.

Team captain, Q The Boss, says: “I’ve been in comedy training and so the audience should expect me to be even more raw and crazy.” The Bang Bang Comedy Game Show is hosted by Magamba Network, the team that produced the Shoko Festival 2014 Comedy night which featured international acts such as Loyiso Gola & Chester Missing.
