The two will, however, perform separately at the newly rebranded Platinum Bar, formerly known as Pick n Save owned by prominent businessman and music promoter Esau Mupfumi.

Seh Calaz will be the first to perform tonight while Soul Jah Love will wrap-up the dancehall fiesta tomorrow at the same venue.

The two artistes, who have enjoyed their fair share of success, have been battling for supremacy for a while and the two separate shows will definitely put to test their following in Mutare and prowess on the mic.

In an interview with the NewsDay yesterday, Mupfumi said he decided to bring the two because they had a large following in Mutare.

“Dancehall fans in Mutare had been calling for such a show that would put the two together, so as a music promoter I am just delivering what local revellers want.

“This will also be an opportunity for both artistes to prove to their Mutare fans who is better as their rivalry continues to streamline media headlines,” Mupfumi said.
