The team will go into camp on Friday.

However, Pasuwa’s first poser is to get Mamelodi Sundowns attacking midfielder Kuda Mahachi for the camp as the South Africa Absa Premiership resumed for the second half of the season last night.

The other alternative will be for Mahachi to link up with the team in Mbabane, a 45-minute flight from Johannesburg if Sundowns agree to release him.

FC Platinum has four players in the squad: Wisdom Mutasa, Walter Musona, Kelvin Moyo and Emmanuel Mandiranga, who are both expected to travel to Kenya on Friday for the side’s Caf Confederation Cup first leg, preliminary round tie against Sofapaka.

From the Dutch league comes Marvelous Nakamba of Vitesse, who is desperate for game time since joining the Eredivisie side and has played just eight minutes since the start of the season.

Colchester United’s Macauley Bonne is also part of Pasuwa’s side that will also play in the Olympic Games qualifiers and potentially the senior national team for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

Rashirai plays for the Real Salt Academy in the US Xolisani Gwesela, the spokesman, said: “The technical team is finalising the logistics of their camp, but the players are expected at Zifa Village on Friday. Should there be any changes to the squad, we will advise in due course.

“We are already behind time, but we remain optimistic that the Young Warriors will display a thrilling and be triumphant against Swaziland.”

The Young Warriors have been delayed by financial challenges at Zifa and with no government support in place, Zifa had to scrap at the bottom of the barrel yet again.
