The track Ndinoda Jesu/Ngiyamuthanda u Jesu was released last week and it has so far done well and presented a different side of both artistes.

Mahachi in particular does well on his vocal confidence while Ncwane thrusts his commanding chords further.

The clarity of the song is rather commendable with the producer MacDee doing very well.

What is, however, found wanting is the content of the music as the artistes seem to have left a lot of gaps.

This is a song whose quality could easily break barriers for Mahachi and it appears they did not do enough on the composition instead of the few danceable lines.

For some, however, that may not actually be an issue with the song’s tempo and clarity making it an easy on the ear praise song.

Mahachi said they are now working on modalities to start recording the video for the track.

“I am just waiting for Sfiso to come back from his holiday so that we get back to work. We are also recording another track Ndisiye Satani that will be on my next album that is due for release in March,” he said.

“I am very excited about the response that I have had so far and people seem to be in love with the track. I thank the Lord for using us to touch people’s souls and let’s pray many people will find comfort in the track and make it their prayer. I have been getting calls and messages from people already asking for the album which will be launched in March at 7Arts Theatre in Avondale.”
